| Boxing workouts are Monday through Thursday evenings. You may come anytime during scheduled workout times. |
| It is best to check-in with our certified boxing coaches on your first visit. Boxing workouts are generally 45 minutes to an hour in length. You may come any time during the scheduled boxing times. |
| Try out our Kicking Class where the focus is on strong kicking skills blended with fighting skills. Get fit while learning kicking skills from a Martial Arts expert. |
| Adult classes are open to 13 year old and above. It is suggested that 13 year old new members begin in the youth classes for initial training. |
